Being a mum of 3 boys wanting to do “Scouting overseas Jamboree’s”, I needed to fundraise. We had available the usual things – sausage sizzles, chocolate bars, quiz nights etc so I thought with my business I would make my products available for something “out of the norm”!

So if you need money for trips, uniforms or just to keep the group afloat or anything else just fill out the “Contact us” telling us what you need the money for and we will be in contact.

Peake Coffee would like to offer their products as a “Fresh” idea for your fundraising. Our products are packaged in convenient everyday sizes making it easy to sell. There is no minimum quantity to sell to get the discounts offered. We can personalise the labels on the products to your groups name etc but conditions and minimum quantities do apply for this.

Just some tips for a successful campaign.

How to get started with fundraising

1 Take a look at the products on offer.

2 Determine which product’s your supporters / local community are more likely to buy. Choose your products accordingly.

3 Determine the amount of funds you wish to raise.

4 Contact us for prices on the products and what you can earn from them.

5 Receive order forms, and any promotional material available. Samples are available for Altitude Freeze Dried Coffee and Molten Hot Chocolate.

Organiser

Have ONE organiser. Someone who is confident, good with numbers and is able to keep track of orders, payments and deliveries.

Time Frame

Make it short and sharp. Two weeks selling is ideal as people would have to commit quicker to purchase. Most people buy on impulse to help.

Make a date for money to be returned by, and stick to it. No money, no order.

Set a delivery date.

Incentives

Motivate your members to be first to bring back their money with prizes.

For example, the first (number) of members will receive a small predetermined gift and all members who bring the money back in by the end of the second week go into the draw for a prize.

Script

Give the members a script, emphasis that they are fundraising and not just selling coffee or hot chocolate.

ie Hi, my name is ….
I am fundraising for ………..
so we can …………………….
will you help me by buying a jar of coffee or hot chocolate?
